The RoundyFi is a round LCD display board based on the ESP8266 (ESP-12E) along with a compact 1.28″ LCD display with a 240×240 resolution and 65K RGB colour.
The ESP-12E is particularly praised for its efficiency and ease of use, capable of running at 80 or 160MHz with built-in support for 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi. The RoundyFi comes with an embedded GC9A01 Driver and SPI Interface that minimise the number of pins consumed by the display.
AÂ
micro-USB
port is onboard for programming and power alongside a FLASH button.
We also stock the
RoundyPi
– a variation of this board which uses the popular RP2040 chip instead.
